Laser hardening

Laser hardening is an efficient way to increase the service life of your tools and save energy at the same time.
Through the targeted use of laser technology, we achieve a hardness of 55 to 60 HRC on the surface of your component.

In contrast to conventional hardening processes, laser hardening does not require any additional aids such as water, oil or compressed air in the quenching process.
This feature not only contributes to the environmental friendliness and energy efficiency of the process, but also reduces maintenance and operating costs.

Another decisive advantage of laser hardening is the quality of the treated surfaces.
After the hardening process, the surface remains smooth and even with no signs of scaling.

This avoids the need for reworking such as finishing, resulting in considerable time and cost savings.

Our state-of-the-art laser system enables us to harden components up to a length of 6000 mm without interruption.
